Your tasks:

• You are responsible for consulting projects in the field of automotive by using project management methods
• You take over the technical leadership of projects which includes the moderation, support and the lead of the project team
  
• You define the project scope and structure, develop the project plan and timeline in cloth alignment with the customer
• You also take care of identifying potential for improving project-relevant processes
• You implement innovative ideas and realize them at our customer
• You build up stable and sustainable project organization, ensure high level of customer satisfaction and acquire additional project potentials
• You set up a project-, organization- and stakeholder network and establish extended project team between P3 and the customer

Your skills:

• You have a completed Bachelor’s and/or Master degree in e.g. Business Administration, Mechanical/Electrical engineering, IT, software development, Project Management or similar
• You already have 4 years or more related working experience and experience in Project Management and Steering
  
• You gained stable Automotive Branch Knowledge e.g. in Electro Mobility, Connected Car, App or Software development, Autonomous driving technologies
• Your English skills are excellent (speaking and writing)
• You are a team player, yet very self-driven & you have a responsible working style
• Your communication and presentation skills are excellent
• You are motivated, flexible, pro-active, a quick learner and open minded to new idea and feedback
