岗位职责：

1、常驻项目，在项目部进行地产项目的监管工作；

2、对项目现场的施工进度情况进行记录和汇报；

3、对项目工程款支付及证章照使用申请进行管理；

4、对项目情况及以上审核工作定期提交周报和月报；

5、积极配合工程部其他监管工作，协调与其他部门的工作配合；

任职资格：

1、本科及以上学历、工程建筑类专业优先；

2、熟练使用office软件，具备良好文字组织能力；

3、了解建筑工程项目的基本流程，和一定的预算知识

4、具备独立工作能力、责任心和学习精神，吃苦耐劳，具备良好的团队合作精神及协调能力；

5. 可以根据项目需要常驻华东、华中、华南区项目
