Primary Purpose of Position（职责）
-To lead the Global Quality Assurance program management at the company
including all products for Retail brands such as: Joseph , Paul Ka , Barbara Bui ,
Paul&Joe ,Georges Rech...etc...
-Build and manage the Quality Assurance engineering teams, developing global
Quality Assurance policies across apparel, soft fashion, product categories.
-Implement and support product and process quality systems to ensure product meets
all countries ( CEE , Japan and USA)safety and regulatory requirements.
-Closely manage the company’s main line of products including Fashion Apparel a,
including woven double face coats ( wool/cashmere,wool,...),single face coats ( same)，down jackets and soft garments(dresses,blou/ses....)in silk and polyester.

Job Location（工作地点）
-100%Shanghai but many visits to Jiangsu , Zhejiang and Ningbo.

Organizational Relationship（组织关系）
-Reports to CEO
-Direct reports includes Quality engineers and inspectors for each category of
Products.

Essential Functions of the Role（职业目标）
-Develop the company global QA policies and processes for Factory Evaluations,
Product Testing, Pre-Production Requirements and Product Inspections(including
fabrics,accessories and finished garments)
-Develop metrics and systems for improving QA performance in support of Product
Development, Merchandising, Global Sourcing, Global QA Field team, 3rd party
Labs and worldwide vendors.
-Maintain corporate accountability in areas of safety and regulatory compliance,
product recall reduction, corrective action plans and codes of conduct.
-Recruit and train a Quality department by hiring and developing positions as product
styles and categories grow in global quality.
-Develop and execute the the companyVendor Operations Manual and global label
program.

Education and Leadership Experience（教育及工作经验）
-Minimum Bachelor’s degree (depending...)
-Ideally 15+ years of experience in the field .
-Technical knowledge of soft fashion and outerwear (coats and downjackets)
-Knowledge of US, European,Japanese product standards and regulations
-Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize them based on business needs.
-Ability to work and partner with various teams, both internal and external as well as
domestic and international.
-Good research skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Fluent in English and Mandarin. Cantonese and/or French is a plus.
