岗位职责：

1、编制设计任务书

  

2、负责设计进度及质量管控，负责组织设计审核，监督、检查设计单位合同履行

  

3、负责规划方案、初步方案、扩初设计、施工图设计阶段各专业设计图纸会审，整理图纸会审记录

  

4、负责协调和管控设计单位和政府职能部门之间的审批、协调等工作
