客服专员

职位描述：

- 通过呼叫中心，在线聊天及电子邮件，热心解答顾客对产品，购买流程，支付，配送等疑问，促成销售。及时有效地帮助客户解决购物过程中及售后遇到退换货等问题。

- 对订单进行跟踪，确保订单准时配送。

- 认真掌握产品信息。了解客户购物流程，熟悉支付，配送体系。协调好客户与公司内部产品，物流，财务等各部门的关系，保证沟通有效顺畅

- 准确记录服务中遇到的问题并按时反馈。

- 协助客服主管建立客户数据库。

- 主动发现工作中遇到的问题，并与客服主管进行及时沟通，改善客服质量。

岗位要求：

1、 热情，耐心，积极的工作态度及快速的反应能力

2、 良好的沟通技巧

3、 普通话标准，有一定的英语基础

4、 有天猫/淘宝客服经验者优先考虑

5、 能够熟练的使用Word, Excel, Outlook等常用工作软件。

6、 打字速度快

7、 能接受轮班工作制, 能够接受晚班（最晚到10点）。

工作地点：

长宁区，长顺路38-1(近3，4，10号线虹桥路地铁站)

Customer service

Job description

- Be familiar with product. Know well purchase, delivery, payment process. Answer inquiries by call center, live chat and mail. Help customers to solve the problemsefficiently during the purchasing and after sales (return, exchange…)

- Follow customer order until delivery to the best satisfaction level

- Liaise with various departments (product, logistic, warehouse, system) to insure the good communication between these departments and the customers

- Make customer service record and send the report to customer service leader on time

- Assist customer service leader for client database build up. Play a positive part in service improvement.

Request

1. Good level for Mandarin speaking. Speak English can be better

2. Have Tmall/Taobao customer service experience can be a plus

3. Fast typing speed

4. Positive and patient

5. Good communication skill

6. Good knowledge for the standard business computer software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

7. Accept night shift. Sometimes need to work till 10pm.
