Role summary
Project Managers plays a critical part within each Top Employer project, responsible for managing the project delivery at a local level, ensuring smooth processes are in place throughout each step of our methodology, and for local brand management.
Managing the Research Process
? Ability to conduct desk research do develop the company proposition
? Manage the admin tool - annual preparation of the questionnaire
? Managing testing, launch and roll-out of the questionnaire
? Introducing participants to the project, educating them on the process and keeping them on track
? Liaising with our experts to get ratings and managing our rating tool
? Managing all stages of the pre-audit and audit in line with company best practices
? Compiling participants profiles for publication on our website (non-editorial company profiles)
? Liaising with Research in Amsterdam throughout the process on key steps in the research process: questionnaire, weighting, pre-audit, audit, rating and scores, certification communication, feedback presentation
? Support sales as the expert of the research
Managing Marketing, PR and Events
? Local brand management- ensuring our use of marketing material is consistent with the international brand guidelines and up to date
? Managing our website at a local level - including management of local project content, white papers, articles, etc
? Managing production of all marketing materials (i.e. brochure, website) and project deliverables (i.e. awards, certificates)
? Producing the six-weekly newsletter.
? Managing the after-sales delivery process: timely delivery of upsells of additional promotional tools (booklets, awards, etc.)
? Gathering NPS input from participants after feedback sessions
? Planning and organisation of the Top Employers annual Award Dinner
? Planning and organisation of workshops for current and potential participants in the project
? Managing our participation in relevant job fairs
? Day-to-day management of the partnerships for the project: general media partner, HR media partner, job fairs, PR agency
? Liaising with Marketing at HQ throughout the process on key steps in the marketing process: website, sales materials, publication tools, workshops, etc.
