1、负责项目前期质量策划以及协助项目进行阀门审核；

Planing and verification of project status acc. to APQP and support PM with Gate Review

2、准备提交客户样件以及相应的PPAP文件；

Preparation/Clarificaiton of EM and PPAP doucments to Customer

3、负责产品初期手工样件的质量检查和相应的文件生成；

Inspection and Docu.Preparation of prototype parts in the design-phase

4、运用质量方法协调解决项目前期生产过程和成品的质量问题；

Coordination of problem-solving circle of process and products' problems with 8D method in the preserie

5、负责开发产品的前期内部试生产和相应的问题解决；

Carry out internal 2TP before customer and follow the actions of open points

6、负责在项目前期中确认和解决客户的零公里抱怨；

Take care of 0KM complaints from customers in the preserie

7、负责客户对生产过程和产品的审核和批准；

Preparation and Koordination of process & product audit & approval by customer

8、协助开发/设计零件以及成品的检具；

Support to development of gauges for incoming inspection and final parts

9、协助建立过程统计和分析；

Support to set up the process statistics and anlaysis

10、负责项目量产初期的质量检验和控制文件；

Responsible for quality inspection and control documentation till launching the massproduction

11、完成领导安排的其他工作

Undertake the other tasks required from management

岗位要求 / Job Requirements:

1、本科以上，机械相关专业五大质量工具；

Bachelor Degree above,major in automotive, mechanical engineering or related 5 quality tools; 

2、QPN,GD&T，至少1年以上相关工作经验;

QPN, GD&T; At least 1 years related working experience;

3、英语熟练，德语更佳;

Fluent in English, German is preferred

4、大众/上汽/通用项目经验更佳;

Preferred VW/SAIC Motor/ GM project experience

5、问题分析和解决能力，做事严谨，工作积极主动、责任心和执行力强，抗压能力强，具有良好的团队合作精神。
