1、根据公司及部门销售任务开展销售工作，完成各项销售指标；

2、对现有市场和客户进行分析，发现客户的潜在需求，引导相关客户的现有需求，达成销售目标；

3、根据客户需求的特点，为客户提供最优产品解决方案；

4、负责与客户之间的商务谈判，建立客户关系，提高合同额和利润率；

5、负责协调各种内部、外部资源，解决在项目实施过程中出现的问题，提高客户满意度；

6、负责对项目回款过程的监控和执行，提高回款率；

7、通过客户回访，了解客户需求及潜在需求，以提高客户满意，促成客户二次开发；

8、能适应出差，有强烈的团队合作意识；

9、上级领导交待的其他工作事项。

1. Plan and priorities personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business targets, including costs and sales - especially managing personal time and productivity.

2. Plan and manage personal business portfolio/territory/business according to an agreed market development strategy.

3. Manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed targets.

4. Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction.

5. Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems.

6. Plan/carry out/support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, eg., product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions and telemarketing.

7. Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.

8. Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.

9. Record, analyze, report and administer according to systems and requirements.

10. Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.

11. Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.

12. Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.

13. Adhere to health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to care of equipment.

14. Ability to travel, strong sense of teamwork.
