职位描述
主要职责：
1.负责或支持项目经理进行项目预算、成本、财务管理：控制项目预算、成本、财务目标，推动各类项目机会的识别和实施，确保项目财务目标的达成或超额完成。
2.负责或支持项目经理进行项目交付和质量管理：控制项目进度和质量，识别和管理项目风险，确保达到或超过项目进度和质量的目标。
3.负责或支持项目工程变更管理的项目经理：组织和实施项目工程变更。
4.基于相关工具(EBP)支持公司项目管理领域的过程改进。
5.负责演示与创新项目的管理与开发。
其他要求：
1.2021年应届毕业生（包含海外留学生）
2.专业不限，理工科优先，具备丰富的项目管理知识，包括时间、质量、成本、交付等
3.丰富的项目运营知识，包括财务、采购、物流、制造等
4.良好的与客户、供应商和内部团队的沟通能力
Main Responsibilities1. Responsible or support lead PM for Project budget, cost and financial management: control budget, cost and financial target of the project, promote the identification and implementation of various project opportunities, and ensure the financial target of the project are met or exceeded;
2. Responsible or support lead PM for Project delivery and quality management: control the progress and quality of the project, identify and manage project risks, ensure to meet or exceed the objectives of project progress and quality.
3. Responsible or support lead PM for Project engineering change management: organize and implement project engineering changes.
4. Support company process improvement of project management area based on related tools(EBP).
5. Responsible for Demo/innovation project management/development.

2. Rich of knowledge on program operation, include finance, purchase, logistic, manufacture, and so on.
3. Good communication skill with customer, supplier, and internal team.
