工作职责responsibilities：

    

1、负责公司采购工作。包括比价、验收、评估及反馈汇总工作;更新、完善、创新采购工作和流程;达到公司成本控制目标。

    

Responsible for company procurement. Including price comparison, order confirmation, improving and innovating procurement work and processes; in accordance with company cost control target.

    

    

2、对供应商的价格、品质、交期、交量等进行跟进，协助进行采购流程的实施；

    

Follow up the supplier's price, quality, delivery time, delivery volume, etc., and assist in the implementation of the procurement process

    

    

3、控制采购质量和成本，做好应付款的审查、月末账单的核对；

    

Control purchase quality and cost, do payables review and check of monthly bills

    

    

4. Responsible of supplier’s relationship, negotiation and database

    

负责供应商的关系维护，协商和数据库建立

    

    

5. Source and gather new ingredients or packaging for the use of the company in accordance with the strategy and FDA regulations

    

根据公司的战略和食药监的规定，选择新的原材料和包装

    

    

6. In charge of the stock and inventory of the company

    

负责公司的库存和盘点

    

    

7. Assist in setting up and implement stock and inventory follow up through company POS system to allow standardize processes of check and data analysis

    

通过公司POS系统建立和维护库存和盘点标准检查流程和数据分析

    

    

任职要求requirements：

    

1、有1-2年工作经验者佳，有较强的谈判沟通能力；

    

1-2 years of work experience, strong negotiation and communication skills

    

    

2、熟悉电脑操作，熟悉相关采购常识。

    

Familiar with computer operation, familiar with related purchasing knowledge

    

    

3、有一定的成本概念，熟悉进货渠道、采购流程及谈判技巧；具有良好的沟通能力、市场判断能力、议价能力及材料品质把控能力，工作责任心强，具备良好的职业道德。

    

Have a certain concept of cost, familiar with purchase channels, procurement process and negotiation skills; have good communication skills, market judgment ability, bargaining ability and material quality control ability, strong work responsibility and good professional ethics.

    

    

4、性格开朗，勤奋、上进、认真细致，有较强的责任心、敬业精神及团队合作精神。
