1) 配合公司销售政策，完成月度、季度、年度销售指标；

Complete monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets in accordance with the company's sales policy;

2) 熟练掌握公司气吹、电力敷设施工设备的特性、技术参数、功能应用、资源状况，发掘更有说服力的卖点，加以推广；

Master proficiently jetting, power cable installation equipment characteristics, technical parameters, functional application and resource status, to develop more convincing selling points and promote company’s products;

3) 拓展新客户，寻找并选择适合公司发展和产品销售的客户进行长期持续合作，开发中国市场；

Develop new customers, search and select customers who are in line with company’s direction and product sales, for long-term and sustained cooperation to develop the Chinese market;

4) 日常销售工作，如客户分析、拜访计划、订单成交；

Handle daily sales work, i.e. customer analysis, visiting plan, order closing;

5) 保持与客户良好的沟通，并对重点客户进行主动密切的跟踪联系，确保客户的合理建议、问题、要求及时解决；

Maintain smooth and timely communication with customers, follow up with key customers actively and closely to ensure that customers' reasonable suggestions, problems and requirements are settled in time;

6) 负责与客户往来帐目核对，并及时回款；

Be in charge of monitoring customers’ accounts to ensure timely repayment;

7) 根据公司产品设备的特性，参与制订中国区的销售战略及实施方案；

Participate in the formulation of China sales strategy and implementation plan according to the characteristics of the company's products and equipment;

8) 收集行业、市场、竞争对手的信息，并进行有效分析；

Collect information of industry, market and competitors to conduct effective analysis;

9) 完成上级布置的其他工作。

Accomplish any other tasks assigned by superiors.

岗位要求 Job requirements：

1) 机电、机械类专科以上学历；

College degree or above in electro-mechanical or mechanical engineering;

2) 具有5年以上工业产品（小型设备）的销售工作经验；

More than 5 years sales experience in industrial products (small equipment);

3) 有电力电缆方面的工作经验和客户资源；

Hands-on experience and customer resources in power cable laying;

4) 积极主动、有激情、性格外向、开朗、沟通能力强、能承受较大的工作压力；

Active, passionate, outgoing, open-minded, strong communication skills, able to withstand heavy work pressure;

5) 良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，勤奋好学，执着坚毅，有挑战精神；

Good communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit, diligent and studious, persistent and challenging spirit;

6) 良好的英语，能熟练读写英语邮件。

Good English, able to read and write English emails proficiently.
