1、负责区域内移动医疗信息化推车等各产品的维修、巡检等售后服务； 

2、负责区域内移动医疗信息化推车等各产品的送货、安装、调试、技术答疑等工作；

3、负责区域内客户各产品使用、操作培训；

4、填写完善维修报告单、巡检表、故障问题记录单等，同时对各产品的售后情况进行整理并反馈；

5、负责售后相关文档资料制作、存档备份，协助部门负责人完善售后客户档案信息等；

6、协助销售部门进行客户维护工作，及时解决用户的各种售后问题，提高用户满意度 ；

7、配合销售人员进行售后维保合同续签工作等。 

任职要求：
1、计算机、电气电子等相关专业、大专及以上学历；
2、1年及以上工作经历，有计算机或电脑控制的智能设备的售后维修经验优先；
3、具备计算机网络知识，了解计算机硬件相关技术；
4、服务意识强，沟通能力强，良好的学习能力、独立工作能力；
5、工作细致，责任感强，良好的团队精神。
