2　 Generate new leads through cold calling and net working techniques

3　 Deliver exceptional proposals, best practice and industry updates to your clients

4　 Provide effective sales presentations and accurate documentation

5　 Sell company services for Records Management

6　 Set progressive targets and budgets that reflect sustainable growth year on year

7　 Achieve annual individual sales goals and objectives within prescribed time frame

8　 Ensure that sales data is recorded on the company CRM.

9　 Attending Client Focused exhibitions in the region as required

10　 Manage own marketing programme to support personal revenue targets

11　 Communicate effectively with team members/department managers, providing support to achieve company targets

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business or any related disciplines
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good command of computer skills in MS office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Related work experience in real estate, immigration, HR outsourcing, or house hold goods moving sales background.
• Sales oriented, with high energy, excellent interpersonal & communication skills, presentation skills and customer centric solutions.
