职位：助理法律顾问

    

    

工作内容：
1、公司境内投资平台日常管理；
2、公司境内、跨境投资项目的交易结构设计与风险评估；对标的项目进行法律尽职调查；起草与审阅法律文件；协助项目执行；投后法律监管。
3、不良资产项目的投后管理及处置工作；

    

4、其他法律事务。

    

任职资格：
1、全日制法律专业本科或研究生毕业，英语流利；
2、全国知名律师事务所5年以上工作经验；

    

3、具有金融及银行法律业务的工作经验，熟悉结构化融资/杠杆融资、房地产信托、专项资产管理计划、私募基金的产品设计，同时有不良资产、外商投资、外汇相关领域工作经验更佳；

    

4、良好的文字表达能力、思路清晰、有综合判断力、工作高效；

    

5、勤奋好学、责任心强、具有团队合作精神。

    

    

    

Position: Assistant Legal Counsel

    

Responsibilities and Requirements

    

1. Daily management of the onshore investment platform of the company;

    

2. Transaction structure design and argumentation for onshore and cross-border projects; Legal due diligence investigation on underlying projects; Drafting, reviewing and amending legal documents; Providing legal support on execution and post-investment management of the projects.

    

3. Providing legal support on post-investment management and disposal of non-performing assets.

    

4. Other legal-related matters.

    

    

Experience and Qualifications.

    

·       Graduated from law school in University with bachelor degree or master degree, fluent in both verbal and written English.
·       At least 5 years' working experience with well know law firm.

    

·       Working experience in financing and banking, familiar with structured finance/leverage finance, real estate investment trusts (REITS), specific asset management plan and product  design of private fund, as well as experience in non-performing assets, foreign investment and foreign exchange are preferable.

    

·       Well expression capability in verbal and in writing, able to have a strategic thinking and sophisticated vision, able to work efficiently.

    

·       Diligent and studious, strong sense of responsibility and team spirit
