该财务经理职位作为Brightstar China的财务负责人，主要责任即确保中国的财务工作正常运营，确保实现业务的财务目标。作为支持业务发展的重要成员，该职位要求财务和管理会计的相关知识，控制和报告业务活动并确保法律合规的能力。该职位还需为企业运营提供高质量的管理体系，确保达到内部审计和外部审计的要求，以及能够对业务绩效和计划进行评价。

  职责描述：

• 根据公司在中国的战略及商务规划，建立未来数年的财务计划；

• 编制财务及管理用财务报表；

• 审阅月度的财务数据，并且依据美国会计准则的要求按时完成集团合并（HFM）会计报表的编制。向管理层汇报财务数据。

• 积极配合内部审计及外部审计工作；

• 遵循集团的财务制度，包括美国会计准则以及SOX；

• 监督管理公司的现金流，包括评估固定资产的采购等；

• 协调公司同银行、工商、税务等政府部门的关系;

• 负责年度预算以及月度财务预测，监督并且分析实际结果与预测的差异；

• 负责签署公司新商业计划的提案，确保关键指标均已得到慎重考量；

• 负责公司重要经营合同的订立，包括合同条款，发票，信用期和其他税务相关要素等；

• 评估客户的付款信用期；

• 与业务部门合作，建立业务模型和定价分析/控制。

任职要求：

• 财经类相关专业，全日制本科学历；

• 十年以上财务管理工作经验，跨国企业经历优先；

• 熟练使用Microsoft办公软件，精通Excel金蝶财务软件；

• 拥有ERP系统操作经验；

• 具备出色的对内部及对外部的人际沟通能力；

• 良好的中文和英文书写及沟通能力

The Finance Manager is acting as country head of Finance Brightstar China responsible for managing the financial operations of China, ensuring that financial targets of the business are met. As a key player in supporting business development, the role requires financial and management accounting expertise, the ability to control and report upon business activities and ensuring legal compliance occurs. Providing quality management systems for the business operations, ensuring internal and external audit requirements are met and having the ability to critique the business performance and initiatives.

Accountabilities:

• Develop multi-year financial plans that align to the China business strategy and business plan

• Prepare financial and management reporting of the local operation

• Coordinate the preparation of the monthly results, and the HFM reporting package. Review results with management/ senior leadership team.

• Ensure compliance with the Statutory Tax requirements including the preparation of periodical returns.

• Ensure compliance with Corporate accounting policies and procedures including US GAAP and Sox

• Manage cash and cash flows, including the assessment of capital expenditure proposals

• Manage relationship with Government Department, Tax authorities, etc.

• Advise the company on the local statutory & tax requirements.

• Prepare annual budgets and ongoing monthly forecasts; monitoring actual performance against plan and take corrective action as required

• Lead contact with regards External audits and reviews. Main business contact regarding internal audit coordination.

• Sign off of business cases relating to new business development opportunities, ensuring key metrics and met and crucial factors are considered

• Guidance and risk management for contract terms, including invoice, credit term and tax related subjects.

• Evaluate and apply credit term for customers

• Work with LOBs to set up business modelling and pricing analysis/control   

Requirements:

• University Degree in Business with Accounting major

• Minimum of 10 years Professional Financial Experience, multi-national experience preferred

• High level Microsoft suite skills as required for Finance function

• Working knowledge of the ERP system       

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both internally and externally of the organization

• Good Chinese & English communication & written skills
