Report to:   Finance Director (Asia)

Key Responsibilities: 

• Independently handle Shanghai subsidiary's full set of accounting booking for daily transactions.
• Perform monthly financial closing and financial reporting. Conduct financial analysis on key accounts. Prepare monthly financial packages for group consolidations.
• Issue VAT invoices; Liaison with sales departments for VAT related matter and update on customer payment status.
• Assist in preparing bank payment applications.
• Prepare information for Group annual audit and PRC local audit.
• Handle tax related matters including VAT filing, quarterly tax filing, and etc.
• Participate in the annual budget preparation; prepare regular reports for tracking actual vs. budget; Assist in preparing financial forecast including cash flow and profit and loss for the group.
• Assist in key tasks and projects led by Group Finance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline. (Must) 
• Knowledgeable and experience in using Oracle e-business suite (Must) for mid-large size companies.  
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in trading or manufacturing industries (Must). Must have experience on handling bookings for all financial modules in a trading company.   
• Experience in preparation of entity financial reports for middle to large sized companies.
• Good command of written English. Fluent spoken English preferred.
• Experience on composing policies and standard operating procedure (SOP) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills, strong commercials sense, good communication skills.

• Proactive, independent and a good team player; Strong sense of responsibilities.
• Be willing to travel when needed (Occasional travels).
