Responsibilities:
AP
? Check the appropriateness of original documents including approved payment request, faipiao and related contract or quotation handed by department
? Enter the payment on internet bank periodically
? Manage petty cash and update cash journals

AR
? Manage fapiaos on a monthly basis
? Send invoices and fapiaos to clients as required
? Maintain stamp duty list

GL
? Enter AR/AP transactions into UFIDA system
? Trace payment enquires from UFIDA system to vouchers
? Other ad hoc tasks as required

Filling
? Monthly payment vouchers
? Contracts for clients and vendors
? Fapiao maintenance

Requirements:
? Bachelor degree, major in accounting or finance.
? Fluent in Chinese and English.
? At least one year related work experience.
? Team player, detail oriented, excellent communication ability.
? Strong sense of responsibility and eager to learn.
