3.开发所负责区域内的客户群体（汽车车身及零部件、金属、航空航天、轴承、齿轮、密度板等对表面要求比较高的客户）；

4.针对所负责区域内的客户跟踪并及时向上级领导进行反馈；

5.高质量完成所负责区域的销售任务；

1. Responsible for area market sales and technical services;
2. Maintain existing customers and develop potential customers in the area;
3. Develop the customer in the region on the basic (Auto, metal, Aerospace, Bearing, Gears industry customers with higher surface finish requirements);
4. Responsible for the area by tracking and timely feedback to superior leader;
5. Complete the responsible for regional sales tasks;

一、具体要求如下（资深销售工程师）：

1.年龄25岁或以上,本科以上学历,理工科背景，3年以上工作经验，具有工业消耗品售前售后工作经验（具有在磨料磨具、砂带、砂轮、CBN、合金刀头、表面加工、或者工业耗材方面的从业经验者***）;

2.具有较强的学习能力、责任心以及自制力,思路敏捷、清晰，勤奋敬业；乐于与人沟通，敢于面对挑战；

3.能适应经常性性出差，具有良好的团队合作精神；

4.能够熟练的运用英语交流,能够阅读专业的英文文献;熟练使用Microsoft等办公软件；

负责地区：北京、天津、河北

.Age over 25 years old, bachelor degree or above, minimum 3 years of sales experience in industrial consumables in foreign company is preferred (with abrasive, abrasive belt, grinding wheel, CBN, alloy cutter, surface finish, or industrial consumables sales experience is best), science and engineering background;

2.Able to adapt to short business trip and be very familiar with the local market;

3.With strong learning ability, sense of responsibility and self-control, quick thinking, clear, hard work; willing to communicate with people, dare to face the challenge;

4.Able to communicate for simple oral English, able to read simple English documents; Familiar with Microsoft office software;

5.Strictly implement company sales target & plan.
