Responsibilities:

-Expense review for all China employees and bookkeeping  

  中国区所有员工的报销审核、记账

-T&E expense analysis by cost center and by person, give early warning and recommendation

  比照预算，分析各部门、各员工实际差旅费用，提出建议

-Liaise with bank，bank reconciliation, foreign exchange declaration; bank payment instruction preparation

  负责银行事务如开、关户、变更，外汇收付款申报、银行对账；制作银行付款申请

-Monthly cashflow forecast  现金流预测

-Review supplier invoice for indirect material/service purchase and bookkeeping

  负责非直接物料、服务等付款的审核和记账

-Intercompany reconciliation 关联公司往来事项代垫费用收付

-Responsible for annual joint examination for Shanghai WOFE and BJ branch

  负责年度总公司和分公司的年检事宜

-Expense report system support  报销、订票系统主要接口人，负责问题解答和解决

-Voucher journal ledger printing & archive

  所有会计凭证、日记账、明细账的打印和归档

-Other ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned 其它根据工作需要分派的任务

 

Requirement:

-        University degree in accounting

-        3-5 years working experience in a multinational company

-        Good oral and written communication skills in English

-        Proficient Microsoft Office skills

-        Strong sense of responsibility and problem solving skill and team spirit; confidential awareness

-        Be able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
