ACTIVITY 活动1 : Manage new project quotations.

  

MISSIONS任务 2 : Project Management

  

ACTIVITY活动 1 : Lead the project team and supervise the project accomplishment ensuring quality, lead-time, cost and customer satisfaction objectives are completely met.

  

ACTIVITY 活动2 : Ensure efficient communication with customer and report regularly the project achievement progress.

  

ACTIVITY 活动3 : Ensure that all the customer requirements and specifications had been clearly defined, reviewed and validated with customer before the launch of the development.

  

ACTIVITY 活动4 : Supervise the manufacturing process development (Assembly line layout and tooling, PCBA programing bench, electronic functional test).

  

ACTIVITY 活动5 : Lead the finished product assembly trial run to verify finished product conformity and manufacturing process efficiency.

  

ACTIVITY 活动6 : Analyze samples and follow up corrective action plan with the project team.

  

ACTIVITY 活动7 : Analyze, control, evaluate and manage risks over the life cycle of the product.

  

MISSIONS 任务3 : Continuous Improvement

  

ACTIVITY 活动1 : Have an analytical eye on production and identify, propose and follow improvement plans.

  

ACTIVITY活动 2 : Have an analytical eye on department tools/methods and identify, propose and follow improvement plans.

  

ACTIVITY 活动3 : Take ownership and responsibility of the department’s processes.

  

QUALIFICATION (DEGREE) 学历要求

  

？      Master’s Degree in Engineering (electrical or mechanical)

  

？      2 years’ experience as industrial project manager, product  development in SMEs

  

？      Fluent in English (written and spoken)
