Receptionist Intern

Location: Shanghai Songjiang



Job Description

1 Handle incoming telephone calls,

2 Arrange hotel and airtickets booking,

3 Receive and send express couriers and mails,

4 Take care of reception counter,

5 Responsible for other office daily administrative work,

6 Other tasks assigned by the manager.



Requirement

1 Fresh graduates of junior college degree or above,

2 Good command of English and MS office,

3 Diligent, honest and responsible,

4 Good interpersonal skills and have team work sprit.
