Designs new IC products and makes improvements to existing products through circuit simulations, layout and laboratory verfications. Evaluates on products, parts, or processes for functionality, performance, cost efficiency and reliability and ensure project completion. Works with other members of the engineering staff to ensure that product design and production is completed in a timely manner. Thorough understanding of IC from design to mass production. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Able to perform a variety of tasks independently. Bears debugging and problem solving skills. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Responsibilities:
1.IC Circuit design, simulation and layout per defined product functionalities, specifications, yield, reliability and cost requirements.
2.Laboratory parts verifications using appropriate lab equipments.
3.Define production test items. Provide assistance on mass production test platform development.
4.Perform IC design review as well as layout review for designed circuits.
5.Define product evaluation platforms, required equipments and peripherals to support lab verification. Ensure smooth and successful verifications of products.
6.Prepare IC design documentation and professional design report.
7.Support customers regarding the application of designed products.
8.Provide professional guidance to and mentor junior design engineers.
9.Project planning, project scheduling and system partitioning.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor / Master Degree – Electrical Engineering / Electronic Engineering.
2.Circuit theory, RF / Analog / Digital circuit design, Communication systems and standards, Signal processing, IC fabrication process.
3.4+ years relevant working experience (With Bachelor Degree of relevant discipline).
2-4 years relevant working experience (With Master Degree of relevant discipline).
0-2 years relevant working experience (With Doctoral Degree of relevant discipline).
4.English, good command of written and reading.
5.Skilled in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Linux, Agilent ADS, Cadence Virtuoso, Cadence spectre/spectreRF.
6.Vector network analyzer, Spectrum analyzer, Oscilloscope, Multimeter, RF and baseband signal generator.
