Responsibilites:
1.process development and implementation in new project
电机产品生产工艺开发与新项目工艺的推进
2.on time to implement/update process documents (including PFMEA,flow chart, layout machine/process spec.,line balance, job instructions, Poka-Yoke lists,capability study, etc.)
如期发行或者更新工艺文件(包括PFEMA,工艺流程,布局图,设备工艺规范,生产线平衡,操作指南,防错清单,产能研究等)
3.pre-concepts calculations during the acquisition of the new project quotation
新项目工艺方案的拟制及报价
4.pilot-runs, PPAP's,SOP-production start up, rationalization projects, quality improvements
负责生产线试运行,批准准备先期量产,转移生产基地及持续改进
5.provide the solution of machine design concept, monitoring the realization and final acceptance
为设备设计提供方案,跟踪设备进度以及组织最终认可
6.trouble shooting in on going production, support to analyze and eliminate the root cause
为量产生产线提供问题解决方案,分析并确认根本原因
7.support product development to achieve the high quality and cost down
为产品革新,质量改进和降低成本提供必要的技术支持
8.carry out process know how and transferring within own location or sister company
工艺技术经验的积累,并且在公司内部或者兄弟公司技术交流

Qualification:
1.Bachelor degree or above,majored in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering
工业工程或者机械专业大学本科及以上学历
2.more than 3 years IE or process engineering work experience in automotive industry, be familiar with motor armature assembly
汽车零部件行业三年以上工业工程/工艺工程工作经验,熟悉电机产品装配过程
3.be familiar with PFMEA,MSA,SPC,APQP and PPAP, to know MTM is better
熟悉PFMEA,MSA,SPC,APQP和PPAP,熟知MTM尤佳
4.with qualified internal quality system (TS16949, QS-9000) auditing is better
具有TS16949,QS-9000内审员资质的尤佳
