职位描述
Key responsibilities：
- Work with category and sales team for monthly forecast
- Periodically review forecast accuracy, work with cross functions for the root cause analysis and recovery plan
- Bridge customer and Aftermarket to make sure all customer demand be fulfilled with satisfaction, monthly target be achieved
- Coordinate internal cross functions to support customer demand fluctuation
- Work with warehouse to arrange shipment to make sure most effective method and 100% on time delivery
- Monthly sales waterfall maintenance and analysis
- Work with quality team for customer warranty
- Maintain customer relationship
- Lead and implement customer survey
- Other task assigned by line manager
- Bachelor degree or above
- 3+ years customer service or related experience
- Strong ownership, self-motivated with good initiative
- Superior communication skill and strong interpersonal skill
- Automotive or related industry is preferred
- Fluent English in both spoken and written
