1. 1、依操作员的考核和实际水平分配机台人力，对操作员进行分工。

2、依生产需求对新的操作员进行培训，当通过后安排其生产。

3、当有新产品时接受QA的培训完成后再培训操作员至合格。

4、检查操作员的操作是否符合标准要求，并提出纠正或安排培训。

5、检查产品是否符合质量标准，不符合时及时反馈相关人员，并持续追踪跟进，直至得到改善。

6、接受QA发出的返工通知单，组织人力安排返工，并提出返工要求。

7、加强操作员的纪律规范管理。

8、确保文件被正确地执行。

9、维护清洁和安全。

10、依上司的安排完成相关生产事宜。

11、拒收超出标准的产品并反馈给直属上级。

12、完成本部门领导交办的其它工作。

13.会使用电脑办公软件
