Meta4 Group Limited operates profitable high growth businesses in the areas of Internet socializing, Internet media, and e-commerce. All of these businesses leverage our competencies in online member acquisition, media sales, managing user experiences, and execution.
The management team consists of talented individuals with previous experience in venture businesses, media, marketing, technology and education. We invented a unique model of permission email marketing and a unique execution of the online personals model.
Meta4 Group Ltd. was founded in January 2000 and incorporated in Bermuda. Meta4 Group operates from offices in Shanghai, Tokyo with small offices in London, Toronto and Seoul.
工作职责：
- 根据用户需求设计产品的功能并撰写产品需求文档、参与用户界面原型的设计；
- 与设计、开发等团队合作、沟通需求并负责项目管理，保证产品按时按质上线；
- 产品上线后，关注运营数据、收集用户回馈，整理改进列表并制定后续的开发计划；
- 与市场、BD等团队合作制定产品的市场营销计划，并在产品开发方面协助执行；
- 进行市场和需求分析、竞争对手的追踪和分析，参与公司产品战略的制定。
职位要求：
- 本科以上学历
- 在互联网行业产品设计或产品市场方面有至少3年以上的工作经验。有大型网站工作经验者优先考虑；
- 有较强的组织能力、项目管理能力，能够协调公司内的资源并带领团队完成产品的开发；
- 对中国互联网市场和用户的行为习惯有比较深刻的了解，关注社交网络的发展动态；
- 对技术有一定的了解，对互联网产品的开发流程比较熟悉，能够与开发团队默契配合；
- 具有较强的人际沟通能力，性格乐观，有创业的心态，能够以积极心态面对压力；
- 注重产品细节，关注用户体验；
- 熟练的英语书面和口头表达能力；
