参与实施和完成内部研究项目，实现专业领域与咨询领域的知识创新

任职要求：

本科以上学历，商业管理、人力资源管理专业为佳

两年以上管理咨询或招聘行业工作经验

具有熟练客服技巧，擅于与客户沟通，协调能力好

正直诚信、具有良好职业道德和团队精神，工作认真负责，心理素质好，可承受较大工作压力

具备良好的英语沟通能力以及电脑操作技能

Job Description:

Identify the potential clients and their needs

Work with our existing and potential clients to determine the right solution

Manage client relationship and provide key client services

Manage and lead in the complete recruitment processes from identifying right candidates, coordinating project processes, and offer negotiation between clients and candidates

Search candidates through databank and networks and make cold calls

Contact possible candidates and make interview schedule

Identify and implement most efficient methods for expanding company’s talent database

Cultivating solid talent market information and providing the right prospects for right decision making

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor or above degree, Business Management/Human Resource Management is preferred

At least two years working experience in management consulting or recruitment industry

Strong communication and inter-personal skills

Result driven, strong team working spirit and can work under pressure

English and computer skills: Good English in both written & spoken, skillful in computer operation
