Role Purpose 职位目标：
Initiate, lead & conduct Pharmacoeconomics (Health Economics) activities / studies, to partner with Market Access & brand initiatives.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责：
1. Develop suitable HEOR strategy, and make reasonable budget plan and project plan. (20%)
2. Conduct HEOR studies properly, with excellent project management, making sure the project timeline, budget, and quality are controlled well. (30%)
3. Make best of HE study results, giving associates good training program to help them understand HE information well, and put the HE information into use of kinds of company activities. (20%)
4. Setup HE experts’ info database and build good relationship with HE experts. (10%)
5. Activity Management: Provide HE Support to MA local P&R activities and RTDs. (10%)
6. Perform other MA/HE related duties as required. (10%)

Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies)

1. Master degree or above, major in Health Economics
2. At least 3 years or above Pharmacoeconomics research experience
3. Good English skill (written and oral) and computer skill is pre-requisite
4. Good communication and negotiation skills;
5. Strong Sense of responsibility and dedication;
6. Teamwork spirit
