Responsibility:
assist in establishing and enhancing business relationships with customers through provision of quality customer service to maximize business growth
assist in building and maintaining a strong vendor network for product development & production
accurate and timely interpretation of client samples requests.
ensuring compliance with all client requirements from lab dips to final delivery.
ensuring that lab dips, strike offs, samples received from suppliers are correct and according to clients' requirement.
ensuring all approvals are in time for production to ensure on time delivery.
ensuring all labels, notions, tickets, tags needed for production are ready for each order prior to production so as not to compromise delivery.
production sample preparation and forwarding.
continued communications with client in all areas related to the PO up to and beyond final delivery.
perform other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in apparel merchandising environment.
Good product knowledge in woven garment.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Self -motivated team player & willing to work under pressure.
Preferably with leadership shills and experience.
