职位描述
Position Purpose/Objective:
Overall in charge of mechanical design in an assigned products and supports for production, sourcing, and quality on mechanical side
Minimum Position Requirements
Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering or other related engineering field
At least 7 years of mechanical design experience of electromechanical equipments, base station antenna is preferred
(1) Experience in machining, sheet metal, casting, injection molding, extrusion, plating, connector/cable etc.
(2) Familiar with the characteristics of metal and plastic
(3) Familiar with mechanical design tools Solidworks or Pro/E and FEA analysis tools, experience of flow simulation preferred
(4) Good knowledge of international design standards and manufacturing processes
(5) Good knowledge of project management
Clear mind, good leadership, proactive, self-motivated
Fluent in speaking & writing in English
Domestic & international travel required
Responsibilities:
1. Execute mechanical development for assigned projects including structure design, material choosing, sample making, supplier qualification, etc.
2. Carry out analysis & evaluation to ensure the design is robust under expected variation of environmental parameters
3. Take ownership of all technical documentations generated from assigned projects such as BOM, drawings and test reports
4. Formulate and implement action plans to meet project objectives including technical requirements, schedule, cost, etc.
5. Provide technical insights to maintain or optimize existing products
6. Support production, new product introduction (NPI), sourcing, and quality team to solve problems on mechanical side
7. Technically lead the tasks and projects assigned to other mechanical engineers and guide them the technical wise and whole development processes
