3. Good knowledge of the China production base, Home fashion ( textile or apparel) manufacturing procedures
4. Good understanding of the product cost bread down and cost affected factors
5. Good communication throughout each phase of the product development and production
6. High responsibility consistently, details oriented and well thoughtful
7. Efficient working methods and a good team player
8. Good English and Mandarin in both written and spoken
