工作时间： 12:00-20:00；一周休息两天，每周工作满40小时

招聘要求：积极主动、原则性强、工作细致、执行力强、善于沟通，具有较强的工作责任心和学习能力、良好的团队合作意识。需要熟悉办公室自动化软件，英文读写能力良好。

职位职责：

1、协助考核主管完成Call Center内部日常考核事务工作，具体工作内容如下：

2、针对Call Center内部的实际情况和需求，及时做好绩效考核标准的调整工作；

3、负责收集各项事务的考核资料并完成月度评估考核；

4、收集、存档各项考核信息及资料；

5、根据绩效考核结果实施对员工的奖惩工作，组织月度评估评价面谈；

6、收集考核制度实施问题和效果，协助其他部门做好员工的培养与激励等工作，提供建议解决方案；

7、完成上级临时交办的其他工作

薪资：试用期两个月：2500/月； 转正后另加。

Sherpa's Delivery & Service Co., Ltd. is a multi-restaurant food delivery service, started by an American, Mark Secchia, in Shanghai in 1999. We work with over 400 restaurants in Shanghai, Beijing, Suzhou, and Hangzhou to deliver their food to our customers. Our Call Center is in Shanghai, and receives over 1,000 calls per day from our customers all over China. When they order, our customers choose a restaurant and then tell us the food they want. Then, Sherpa's sends a courier to the restaurant to deliver the food to the customer. We are busier on evenings and on weekends, so the work schedule reflects that. Our office and call center are in downtown Shanghai
- at the corner of Jian Guo Xi Lu and Xiang Yang Nan Lu.

人家中。我们的客服中心位于上海，每天接受1000多个来自全国四个城市的客人的订餐
电话。客人只要选择餐厅，并且选择自己喜欢的食物就可以轻松完成点餐。然后
Sherpa’s会派一名专业的外送员从餐厅取菜并将客人所需要的食物准时送达。我们在
晚上和周末会比较忙，在工作班表也反应出了这一点。我们的办公室和客服中心坐落在
上海建国西路和襄阳南路的路口，靠近肇家浜路，地铁9号线嘉善路站下车后5分钟步行
即可到达。
