QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED职位要求:
? Grade 12 education or equivalent education and work related experience.
接受过十二年或者相同的教育并有相关的工作经验
? Good English skills written and verbal,
良好的英语书面和口头能力
? Working knowledge of SPC charting and interpreting,
在SPC的图表和解释中有一定的知识
? Previous A1 Teamleader or Supervisor experience,
之前具备组长和主管的工作经验
? Previous experience on a lifttruck, crane and set-up or willing to attain,
有叉车、起重车及其相关设置的工作经验，并且愿意操作
? Knowledge of performing pre-shift safety checks,
能执行安全检查的相关知识
? Effective organizational skills,
有效的组织能力
? Working knowledge of check fixtures, vernier calipers, micrometers, dial indicators,
对检具，游标卡尺， 毫米， 和表盘指示器有一定的认识
? Good knowledge of all assembly equipment,
较好的装配设备领域的知识
? Occupational health and safety courses,
良好的职业健康和安全的课程
? W.H.M.I.S. training,
W.H.M.I.S.培训
? Must be proficient in the use of a personal computer,

RESPONSIBILITIES / EFFORTS / WORKING CONDITIONS；职责/成就/工作环境
? Responsible for all product lines in the workshop production to ensure safety in production
负责车间所有生产线的生产，确保安全生产；
? Responsible for the field of the production line 6S and personnel management
负责生产线的现场6S及人员管理；
? Able to handle different operations of the production line and abnormal quality of the parts to ensure the smooth production
能迅速处理生产线各种操作及零件质量异常，确保生产顺利进行；
? Do personnel training; Train and upgrade the technical capacity of team leader and the whole staff
做好人员培训，培训及提升班组长能力以及员工整体技术能力；
? Make lean production, and improve production efficiency and offer to make good advice and implement it
进行精益生产，能有效提高生产效率，主动提出改善意见并予以实施；
? Assist the department manager and implement the production rules and discipline
协助部门经理，贯彻执行各项生产规定及纪律；
? Use reasonable and feasible methods to reach the KPI targets of the production line
用合理及可行的方法，努力达成生产线的KPI指标；
? Help with engineering, maintenance, quality department to successfully complete the PPAP based on each new project
对各新项目，配合工程、维修、质量等部门顺利完成PPAP；
? Take the lead to study hard in new technology or new production lines; Do the training of other staff to ensure the commissioning of new technology
对公司新工艺或新生产线，能带头深入学习，做好其它人员的培训，确保新工艺的投产；
? Coordinate the relationship of quality, maintenance, mold repair, logistics and engineering departments to ensure a large team cooperation
协调好质量、维修、模修、物流及工程等部门的关系，确保大团队合作；
