职位描述
POSITION GOALS
- To ensure the efficiency of operation of all facilities & project activities to meet contractual and operational matrix requirements.
- To establish & maintain resources best structured to deliver maximum performance.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be responsible for establishing the broad parameters for how the business will operate within defined contractual boundaries. Ensure effective, efficient and economic operation of Operational team and/ or business Partners.
- Be responsible for ensuring that services are delivered in keeping with definition in the Master Outsourcing Service Contract.
- Initiate strategies to achieve measurable improvements in services and portfolio management; both financial & operational.
- Work with vendor, business partners and operational team to develop strategic financial plans including initiatives for cost savings over the impending contract period.
- Work with operational team to manage the vendor performance KPIs against the master service agreements, including site services scope of work, service level agreement and key performance indicators attaching to the master service agreement
- Initiate strategies to achieve measurable improvements in operation and provide strategic advice including variance reports & benchmark data to management and operational team.
- Govern in the development of the annual operational strategic plan with vendor for the Shanghai services.
- Work collaboratively with other regional facilities management to ensure vendor delivery of services at the highest attainable level, best practice sharing etc.
- Work with Operational team to prepare annual operational budget, expenditure and portfolio capital expenditure forecast on a cash basis by property and services; and work with operational team, vendors to develop innovative concepts for short and long term cost reductions & service improvements.
- Work closely with operational staff; assist with the development of operational staff including provision of information on industry and contract activities.
- Ensure that Business Partners deliver meaningful input in the development of monthly, quarterly, annually or in responding to request, management reports.

- Good interpersonal skills / interpersonal sensitivity; excellent oral, listening and written communication skills.
- Actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation & performance excellence, focused on the best outcome with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated; confident and energetic; persistent with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Demonstrated initiative, autonomy and independence; promotes open, constructive and collaborative relations at all levels.
WORK EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
-Undergraduate degree in business administration, Finance administration preferred
- Similar working experience in China with Multinational Companies
