工作描述：
· 实施招聘工作，发布招聘广告、进行简历筛选、评估候选人并提供初步面试报告；
· 参与拟定公司招聘、培训方案；
· 负责各种招聘渠道的建立、管理、开发及评估；
· 协助完善招聘制度、流程及人才测评体系,缩短招聘周期，提高招聘效率；
· 协调安排公司内部培训，跟踪考核培训效果；
· 执行其他人力资源日常性事务工作，维护人才储备；
任职资格：
· 大专以上学历，人力资源相关专业，一年以上人事招聘工作经验；
· 良好的沟通表达能力，良好英语听说读写能力；
· 熟练操作excel、word等office软件；
· 良好的沟通技巧及积极的团队精神，良好的计划安排和协调执行能力。
