1、 医护类专业专科以上学历，有相关经验者可适当放宽，年龄40岁以下；
2、 至少一年以上上海地区医院工作经验；
3、 强烈的客户服务意识，以客户非常满意为工作导向，责任心强；
4、 良好的团队协作精神和工作沟通技能；
5、 普通话标准，有亲和力，个人形象气质佳；
6、 在外资或民营医疗机构内从事过陪诊工作者优先；
7、 上海户口优先考虑。
