职位描述
Responsibilities：
1. Be responsible for the market intelligence research in China market
2. Help to build a team dedicated to China market intelligence research, serving the business development
3. Compile research reports and report to senior management team, including our CEO, Head of Global Delivery, General Manager, etc.
4. The research areas would cover: the development history of an industry and its future opportunities; the competence of one targeted company, e.g. financial performance, current strategic priorities, pain points, potential opportunities, etc.; and other relevant research for the requirement of business development in China
5. Have solid understanding of Essex’s core capabilities and competencies, analyze the market and dig for potential opportunities
6. Be in charge of team building, develop the team members
Requirements:
1. 3+ years’ experience in market research or relevant area, with knowledge in banking, credit card, retail or e-commerce
2. 2+ years’ team leading and people management experience
3. Excellent PPT writing capabilities and presentation skills, good at information organizing and summarizing
4. Can communicate effectively with both senior and junior colleagues
5. Has passion on new business development
6. Can handle high working pressure and tight delivery timeline
7. Fluent in both Chinese and English
