Job Description:
IT Administrator's work scope includes:
? Support international colleagues on computer issues and application issues
? Daily maintenance on application servers, domain controllers, network ,
? Monitor system performance, network performance, data transfer history
? Prepare system upgrade plan, network upgrade plan, data security enhancement plan, etc

Qualifications/Requirements:
? 2+ year working experience as system administrator and IT support
? Good communication skills in English. Can handle daily English communication with foreign colleagues through mail and phone calls
? Flexible on work timing
? Responsive and proactive on IT requests
? Familiar with windows servers, and server management. Includes active directory, group policy distribution, security, etc. and good troubleshooting skills under window environment
? Familiar with SAN storage data security, network monitoring, system monitoring, etc
? Open mind and quick learning on IT related knowledge
? Familiar with cisco network equipment, router, firewall, vpn, etc.
? Background of Computer Science is preferred
? MCSE engineers are preferred
