公司自2006年成立以来，代理超过30个全球顶级设计类家具、灯具、饰品品牌，代理产品的销售范围涵盖大陆、香港、台湾并延伸至亚洲的其它国家和地区。公司销售渠道目前分为零售、项目、批发、出口、在线等类别.

现因公司规模扩大，多家专卖店开业在即，诚聘以下精英：

◆采购助理：若干

Responsibility:

1. Assistant to the team on the communication with all internal or external connections

2. Assistant to the team on the searching and collecting of all kinds of information needed and have the information communicated timely and properly

3. Fulfill the sourcing/processing responsibility which is delegated by procurement organization

4. To support Sourcing team in Close follow up with current suppliers

5. Keep negotiation with suppliers for Vendor Agreement and Price Agreement / closely follow up with back order plan

6. Orders following up independently

7. Report the shipping status of present orders.

8. Backup for Merchandiser when supervisor is out for business trip

9. Place/ track purchasing orders to ensure timely delivery to meet plan

10. Provide the support on the SAP process needs.

11. Manage the contracts with vendors

Requirements:

1. University graduate

2. minimum 2 years of Relevant working experience in multinational corporation

3. Familiar with computer basic skills and MS office etc

4. Hard working and self-motivated

5. Good interpersonal skills, honest and responsible.

6. Fluently Speaking English is a must

7. Related working experience in sourcing or background in international trading would be a PLUS

工作职责：

1. 协助整个团队的内外协调

2. 协助团队及时并准确无误地搜集所有必要信息

3. 完成采购相关任务

4. 协助采购团队跟进与供应商关系

5. 对于价格合同与供应商进行协商，跟进订单

6. 独立跟进订单

7. 汇报货运情况

8. 部门负责人出差期间，协助进口商品采购部门

9. 跟进订单以确保及时送到

10. 提供SAP支持

11. 管理供应商合同

要求：

1. 大学毕业

2. 2年以上在跨国公司的相关工作经验

3. 掌握基本电脑软件

4. 工作认真自律

5. 良好的沟通技巧，诚实，负责任

6. 英语口语流利

7. 如有相关在国际贸易公司担任采购的经验，将优先考虑

Established by founders Lyndon Neri and Rossana Hu, Design Republic will offer a unique collection of products created by the world's best design talents, many of which have never been made available to consumers in China.
