Responsibilities:

1.Mainly assist admin manager in providing secretarial support to Founder Partners, like travel arrangement, filing documents, meeting preparation, library management, etc;

2.Implement regular office administration on daily basis: ensure office at all times cleaning and tidy and keep office storage systems well-organized and being properly used by all staff;

3.Verify all admin reports and ensure it's clear and correct before submitting it to admin manager, including monthly reports, daily admin reimbursement, or other applications, etc;

4.Assist in supervising admin team members (including security person, receptionists, Ayi and driver), monitoring performance, providing guidance and making decisions;

5.Assist in building up admin policy system and improving its process, including drafting relevant memo and keeping it updated;

6.Monitor and evaluate office suppliers regularly: find new suppliers, negotiate the price, renew the contract, etc;

7.Coordinate & organize company outing, activities and annual party and so on;

8.Other tasks that assigned by admin manager;


Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree, major in English, or administration, or hospitality or other customer related field;

2.1 or 2 years experience in relative field is a plus; outstanding fresh Bachelor graduate is also welcomed;

3.Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English (at least CET-6);

4.Good computer skills in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).

5.Works with minimal supervision, good initiative and follow-up, focuses on details & well-organized;

6.Able to interpret and exchange information accurately and effectively;

7.Able to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines and works in a fast-paced changing environment;
