◆ 采购经理：1名

Job Description:
1. Act as the team leader and work closely with designers and vendors for product development including identify the proper supplier; develop the product specification, cost & quality control, logistic management.
2. To develop suppliers or manufacturer which specialize on furniture, lighting, household, glassware and accessories products according to the given designs.
3. To monitor both existing and new suppliers in terms of their performance, order in production and the capacity.
4. To conduct market research on products and factory visits.
5. Other related tasks that assigned by the company.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or higher with at least 6 years' relevant sourcing experience in furniture, lighting, household, glassware, silverware, ceramic and plastic products either in international buying office, trading company or manufactory.
2. Familiar with product export, product design, production management, product inspections and quality control
3. Sound negotiation, interpersonal skills, self motivated and detailed oriented
4. A good team leader & player with strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
5. Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English
6. Proficient PC knowledge in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and CAD.

Established by founders Lyndon Neri and Rossana Hu, Design Republic will offer a unique collection of products created by the world's best design talents, many of which have never been made available to consumers in China. Design Republic will also collaborate with many designers both foreign and local to create products that will explore a new modern Chinese aesthetic.
