2.跟踪客户付款情况,协助财务部开具发票并及时寄送给客户
3.负责公司销售合同及其他文件资料的管理,归类,整理,建档和保管工作
4.对合同执行情况进行跟踪监督,并及时反馈给销售员及客户
5.每月月底提供销售报表市场分析
6.负责公司产品形象的宣传工作
7.销售礼品的计划与实施
8.公司样本管理

学历要求/专业知识
1.大专及以上学历
2.至少1年的相关工作经验
3.熟悉办公OFFICE软件
4.英语四级以上并能够熟练交流
Responsibilities:

1.Inquire, order, confirm and track deliveries with our global partners;

2.Prepare documents and coordinate with forwarders;

3.Communicate frequently with all related overseas contact persons;

4.Monitor and track customs clearance process;

5.Coordinate with cross-functional team including Sales, Quality, Finance and Production;

6.Management of payment: apply for payment for imports, control incoming payments for export;

7.Track all import and export shipments, prepare statistical data and analysis.



Certification and Requirements:

1.College degree or above;

2.Reasonable experience in the related field;

3.CET-4,good at both written and oral english;

4.Good skill for MS OFFICE;

5.Working straight forward and customer oriented.

Rosenberg Ventilatoren GmbH, which locates in Künzelsau-Gaisbach, has developed into an outstanding center of the air movement and air handling industry by design and production of controllable external rotor motors since 1981.
The entire production of all parts including motors, fans, controllers and complete air handling units makes us independent of suppliers and allows us to develop fast and specific solutions for our clients.
