KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Manages plans, develops and evaluates business activities of accounts including new business development in the region. Acts as a consultant to product management on strategies and emerging opportunities.
· Demonstrates interdependent partnering to leverage financial resources across regions. Implements methods that maximize ROI.
· Provides input and feedback to account sales staff, business development, marketing and professional affairs on impact of programs directed to build business and increase customer loyalty.
· Assists key account manager and area sales manager in developing tools to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness.
· Show strong leadership and provide coaching/training to employees to elevate their professionalism
· Builds a region of diverse talent that is a major contributor to organization's succession planning.
· Effective deployment of Process Excellence principles and methodologies. Implementation of prioritised dashboards to accelerate improvement throughout the region
· Performs other related duties as assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS:
· Minimum education required: Bachelor's degree. MBA preferred.
· Minimum experience required: 8-10 years field sales experience. 5-6 years experience in sales management.
· Excellent interpersonal skill required
· Written and oral communication skills required
· Strategic thinking and excellent execution required.
· Demonstrate clear passion for the business
· Strong leadership in the area of project management, creativity and J&J Standard of Leadership
