职位描述

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Search for potential clients in China, develop contact information, and schedule domestic visits.
2. Prepare a variety of sales status reports, including activity, closings,

follow- up, and adherence to goals.
3. Translate, develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
4. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships. Resolve client concerns.
5. Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
6. Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
7. Cold calls are required if needed.
8. Act as interpreter or coordinator to MD during domestic visits if needed.
9. Other duties as assigned.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Participate in marketing events such as trade shows, seminar, and telemarketing events.
2. Follow-up for collection of payment.
3. Provide on-the-job trainings to new sales employees.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Very good reading, writing, speaking skills in English and Chinese required. This is normally acquired CET6 or equivalent or above.
2. Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.

This is normally acquired through the completion of a Bachelor's Degree and/or three to five years of sales

or marketing experience. Experience in packaging machinery is a big plus.
4. Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the

public.
5. Work requires significant domestic travel to current and potential clients.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work may require local travel or weekend and/or evening work.
