Job Duties岗位职责：
1.办理现金收付和结算业务；
Responsible for cash and settlement issue;
2.登记现金和银行存款日记账；
Booking cash & bank accounts;
3.保管库存现金和国外货币的转换；
Manage cash and foreign currency conversion;
4.准备供应商的付款材料，与采购及仓管确认付款信息；
Prepare suppliers’ documents; ensure payment information with Purchaser in time;
5.及时更新公司的相关内部文件。
Update relevant accounting forms and information in time.
Job Requirements岗位要求:
1. 财会相关专业毕业，专科学历，2年以上工作经验；
College degree or above, 2+ years relevant working experiences, major in accounting is preferred;
2. 熟练操作办公自动化软件；
Familiar with MS office suite;
3. 有一定的分析能力，有财务专业知识；
Accounting knowledge and analysis ability;
4. 有一定的英文读写能力。
Good written and reading English.

We're well known for custom manufacturing, outsourcing, engineering both electronic and mechanical, testing, debugging, system integration, custom fabrication, factory acceptance, quality control. We have a newly renovated factory with top of the line equipment to use. We have fabrication, assemble, testing, electrical, shipping/ logistics, materials departments. We are also looking for strong mechanics and electricians in the factory, as well as administration, sales, service, engineering, accounting, purchasing/materials for the office.
