概述：
IT系统管理员主要负责系统管理的各方面，其中包括网络、应用程序、数据库，以及通信系统。其职责包括，硬件的安装启用、电脑配置的设定与协调、控制与维护、故障排查，系统安全保护，用户监督，以及特殊系统程序的升级。系统管理员同时负责系统安全维护，其中包括设置用户界面、帐号、显示屏以及管理系统资源，诸如：CPU使用，硬盘使用，磁带备份系统；系统备份，程序恢复，编写及修改基本的脚本语言以解决计算机性能问题，维护系统文件和记录，进行故障排查或协助故障排查，分析计算机故障问题；维护网络安全权限，应用程序安全，杀毒，用户授权等；进行计算机安全监督，及时反映发现的信息技术安全相关的事件及违反行为；遵守最新的网络安全监督，应用程序管理法规条例等。

主要功能：
· 分析系统档案，确定计算机系统可能存在的问题。
· 为公司的笔记本电脑、台式电脑、个人电脑、打印机，及摄像头等提供主要的硬件技术支持。
· 安装硬件设备，测试新装软件和网管结构。
· 管理通信、网络技术，其中包括台式和笔记本电脑的网络连接，局域网、以太网、英特网使用
· 确保主机内商业数据，多项数据库的安全，以及数据传输符合商业需求，企业惯例等各项安全要求，保证其保密，安全。
· 根据保密、安全等管理条例进行用户端帐号管理，授权，信息存储分配等。
· 日常系统备份，根据需求恢复信息等。
· 通过预测，调解、确认、排查等解决服务器和各工作站点上出现的硬件、软件问题。
· 网络评估管理，其中包括网络配件库存及相关文件，技术规范信息等的维护。
· 应用系统的升级
· 分析系统、服务器、应用程序、网络及输入、输出系设备的性能。
· 推荐及安排硬件软件升级，漏洞修补，及系统重装等。
· 对新型产品，服务，协议及标准进行调研，以支持系统软件安装和升级。
· 电话系统，固话，手机的管理，核实审批相关发票。
· 日常系统及软件审查。
· 计划本部门的预算。
· 对新老员工进行IT培训，给予用户技术支持。
· 熟悉WINDOWS 服务器2008， 动态目录，DNS, DHCP及远程服务
· 其它方面的软件知识：Symantec Backup Exec, Symantec Endpoint Protection, 金蝶ERP系统
职责：
· 维护公司内服务器的功能正常。
· 引进新技术
· 确保备份的准确性
· 操作系统升级，漏洞修补，及配置更换
· 确保用户帐号信息及时更新
· 及时解答技术问题
· 安全性及数据的维护
· 系统装配并及时备案
· 故障排查并进行问题报告
· 系统性能优化
· 确保网络基础设施升级及正常运转
· 及时向直接上司报告发现的问题

其它要求：
· 大学专本科以上,计算机科学技术或相关应用专业毕业。
· 有相关任职资格证书。
· 英语流利，能在英文环境下工作。

Advance technology is a newly established Canadian company. We're well known for custom manufacturing, outsourcing, engineering both electronic and mechanical, testing, debugging, system integration, custom fabrication, factory acceptance, quality control. We have a newly renovated factory with top of the line equipment to use. We have fabrication, assemble, testing, electrical, shipping/ logistics, materials departments. We are also looking for strong mechanics and electricians in the factory, as well as administration, sales, service, engineering, accounting, purchasing/materials for the office.
