1、会计、财务或相关专业大专以上学历；
2、10年以上相关工作经验，必须有5年以上外资企业财务经理职务经验,有行政人事管理经验者优先考虑；
3、具有全面的财务专业知识、账务处理及财务管理经验；
4、对公司税收进行整体筹划与管理，按时完成税务申报以及年度审计工作；
5、精通国家财税法律规范，具备优秀的职业判断能力和丰富的财会项目分析处理经验；
6、熟悉境内外上市公司财务规则，从事过兼并、重组、上市等相关项目的具体实施；
7、为人正直、责任心强、作风严谨、工作仔细认真；
8、有较强的团队意识和沟通能力，能承受工作的压力，善于自我激励；
9、熟练掌握英文，优秀的听说读写能力。
1、Graduated from college in accountant, finance or related specialized；
2、At least 10 years related work experience，and 5 years overseas investment enterprises finance manager duty experience；
3、Having the comprehensive financial specialized knowledge, financial processing and the financial manage experience；
4、Carries on the whole preparation and the management to the company revenue, completes the tax declarations as well as the annual audit work on time；
5、Be familiar with the country finance and taxation legal norm, has the outstanding occupation judgment ability and the rich finance and accounting project analysis processing experience；
6、Be familiar with the internal and external to be listed finance rule, has been engaged in the annexation, the reorganization, going on the market and so on related project concrete implementation；
7、Integrity, the sense of responsibility are strong, the attitude is preciseness, work careful earnest；
8、Strong sense of teamwork, good communication skills, be good at withstanding pressures and self-inspiration；
9、Excellent English Skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
