职位描述:

1. 负责建立并完善人力资源管理体系，研究、设计人力资源管理模式，制定和完善人力资源管理制度和流程；

2. 参与职位管理、组织机构设置，组织编写、审核各部门职位说明书；

3. 依据公司实际情况设计绩效考核制度，组织各部门实施绩效评价并不断完善绩效管理体系，提出激励计划和具体实施办法，完善激励机制提出建议；

4. 组织行业的薪酬福利调查，拟定薪酬福利方案，优化、完善公司薪资福利制度，流程；

5. 根据公司战略发展需要，制定年度招聘规划和人员编制预算，并实施招聘计划；

6. 负责建立和维护培训体系，完善培训制度，开拓培训渠道和资源，优化资源配置，组织实施各培训计划；

7. 组织建立eHR信息系统，简化工作流程；

8. 负责员工关系管理、公司各部门之间的工作协调、劳资纠纷的协调及处理；

9. 塑造、维护、发展和传播企业文化；

10.参与本部门的日常事务管理工作，协助完成本部门员工工作考核、激励及部门资金的预算和控制等工作。

职位要求：

1. 大专以上学历，人力资源、管理、心理学或相关专业。

2. 5年以上人力资源相关工作经验，熟悉人力资源招聘、薪酬、绩效、培训、员工关系和企业文化等管理流程。

3. 具备良好的表达、沟通、组织、协调能力和时间管理能力及亲和力，有团队意识；

4. 工作计划性强，处理事务有条不紊，能给予下属必要的工作指导；

5. 良好的自我管控意识，执行力强，能承受较强工作压力；

6. 英语良好，熟练使用各种办公软件。

7. 有贸易型、生产型企业人力资源管理经验优先。
