6.负责内审。

8.管理质量控制团队。

职位要求：

1.年龄：28-35岁。

2.本科学历，理工科专业或相关专业

3.内审经验。

4.有3年以上在工业领域质量控制的相关经验

5.团队领导经验。

6.具备良好的沟通能力。

7.英语能力良好为佳。

General Packing (Shanghai) Gaskets Co., Ltd.
is looking forward to enrol in his team a Quality Supervisor.
Purpose of job:
1. Drive and implement plant wide quality system improvements.
2. Identification and implementation of appropriate statistical techniques to monitor process performance.
3. Approval of change requests for product, process and quality system changes.
4. Customer complaints: Analysis of returns, approval of analysis reports and analysis of complaint trends.
5. Compilation of required Regulatory documentation.
6. Perform internal quality audits
7. Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements
8. Organize and follow-up tasks of QC team.

Position Requirements:
1. Age: 28-35 years.
2. Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering/Technology.
3. Internal Quality Auditor certification.
4. At least 3 years experience in industrial manufacturing plant with direct experience in a QC.
5. Team leading experience.
6. Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Excellent written and spoken English is a must.
