Industry background: Consulting, Procurement, IT/Telecom

Preferred qualification: MBA or Master’s Degree in Operations/Material Management. CPIM, CSCP or APICS Certification is a plus

Skills and Experience:

* 2-4 years of experience in procurement/strategic sourcing, IT/Telecom categories are strongly preferred

* Experience in developing and implementing sourcing strategies and knowledge of industry best practices

* Strong understanding and hands-on experience in RFP process, e-sourcing, reverse auction and contract negotiation

* Experience in spot buying management

* Proficient in Chinese and English (Korean, Japanese would be added benefits)
